Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Scheme

On Q Communications is a member of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Scheme (the “TIO”).

The TIO is a free and independent agency that helps residential and small-business consumers resolve complaints with their telcos. Consumers can go to the TIO if they have tried to resolve their complaint with their provider first but are still unhappy. Providers who supply voice, mobile or internet services are required by law to be members of the TIO scheme.
